Once upon a time, not long ago, a group of soul sisters gave local nightlife a go… and a monthly party called Isis was born. Rolling off the success of Isis, said Sisters In Sound moved the crowd downtown, and kicked off Escape. Partnering with Freeform Sound Collective, they expanded into Indigo’s larger spaces with performances by live bands and local hip hop crews to compliment the rotations of Honolulu’s DJ elite.
