Please join us for the:

BazaarBQ

Sunday, December 17th
at thirtyninehotel (39 Hotel St. in Chinatown)
from 2PM til 8PM

The BazaarBQ is many things: an excuse to gather with friendly people, an
opportunity to meet your local arts community, a chance to own handcrafted goods
and other inspired and unique merchandise, a reason to go out on a lovely Sunday
afternoon. We will be providing music and munchables, thirtyninehotel will provide the
lovely space and we need YOU to help us provide the wares.

On the December 17th, the inside of thirtyninehotel will transform into an eclectic marketplace
where vendors can set up shop and hawk their wares. Patrons can go to the bar and grab a drink while rummaging through the bazaar. The patio area will house the BBQ and lounge area where people can hang out and show off their new goods or just soak up some sun. Music, provided by the Sisters in Sound and the Freeform Sound Collective, will play over speakers both inside and out.

How to participate: Please sign up by filling out the form below. We require a
$30 deposit to hold your space and to help us with advertising and event costs ($15
will be refunded at the end of event for participating). For set-up, we recommend a
table approximately 6 feet in length and a chair to get comfy in. Some merchandise may require different display options. Please make any specific needs known and we will try our best to accommodate them. Maximum space allowed for set-up is 8’ by 8’. Space is limited and on a first come, first served basis. The rest is up to your imagination. We encourage bartering, haggling and having a good time! Thanks for participating!
